Our consultation for a vacant home is complimentary. As with most work done on your property, an in-home consultation is the only way to provide accurate pricing. We will meet with you, discuss your goals for the home, take digital photos, and detailed notes. Following the appointment, we will formulate a staging plan and promptly provide a firm cost proposal.
Many factors affect pricing such as square footage, number of rooms staged, complexity, accessibility and location. In general, average staging costs range from $3,000 to $4,000 -- MUCH less than the first price reduction!
The introductory rate for staging includes design, furniture, accessories, moving and placement, styling and four weeks of furniture rental. A 50% deposit is due at contract signing and full payment is due upon completion of initial setup. For full payment in advance of setup, an additional week of furniture rental is included free of charge, extending your contract to 5 weeks. Typically, the contract is for 60 days, and can be renewed in 30-day increments.
